Each client comes with their own goals. Some want to spend the evening walking on the Riverwalk in downtown Oklahoma City. Others want to enjoy their garden. Many are focused on daily living skills and self care. Still others are competitive seniors who want to improve their competitive edge for their specific sport or maybe train for an upcoming event such as their first marathon race. Whatever your goals, I will tailor your fitness program to achieve them.
